India continues to emerge as a major player in the global economy, FTII’s role in promoting international trade and investment has become important. FTII aims to develop excellent and extensive contacts with overseas trade and industry federations/Associations to help Indian businesses tap global markets and opportunities. FTII undertakes activities to connect Indian business with global business. Such activities includes meeting with the officials of different countries, decision-makers, networking with overseas organizations, multilateral and academic institutions and other policy making bodies. FTII intends to open overseas offices with the help of its counterparts to develop bilateral trade. FTII members will have the opportunity to participate in international Trade Fairs, meeting with the heads of foreign companies for jt.
